Huge congratulations to our awesome U14 Rugby 7s squad who this afternoon won the Independent Schools Association (ISA) Rugby 7s National Final! The team competed against ISA schools from across the country, winning the cup with style at 40 points to 7! 

Mr Giles, our Head of Sport and Outdoor Education, who worked with the boys throughout the day, keeping them focused and physically and mentally prepared, said he was extremely proud of the team, who showed outstanding teamwork and effort throughout the day.

Parent, Rob Bonsor, who attended the tournament with the squad said, "Shebbear U14s 7s squad represented the school and themselves with great sportsmanship and respect for the other teams and their hosts. What a credit to Shebbear and Shebbear staff they are. To go away from home and win a national competition shows the training, skills and camaraderie that this squad has. It was an absolute privilege to be there to witness it. I am so proud of all the boys."
