Huge congratulations are in order for Henry B in Form 2, who took part in the "MotorOn Three Peaks Challenge" in North Wales with his family last weekend to raise awareness and money for Motor Neurone Disease.

Motor On Cymru was started up by a family friend who had been diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease, to raise funds for specialist care and research in Wales (currently there is no care available there). The Challenge was to climb Mount Snowdon, the highest peak in Wales at 1085 metres, Cader Idris at 893 metres and Pen y Fan at 886 metres (with adults also having the option to cycle the 140 miles between the mountain) all to be completed in 2 1/2 days.

Henry completed the three peaks challenge, setting a brisk pace and showing exceptional concentration and scrambling skills, listening and carrying out all the direction he was given.

So Far The Challenge has raised over £28,000 pounds and has been on Nation Radio and TV, gathering much needed momentum.

This is a massive achievement and Henry's attitude, stamina and teamwork shown throughout the challenge is incredibly commendable. Well done Henry!
