Congratulations to the eight A-Level physicists who took part in the British Physics Olympiad (BPhO) Senior Physics Challenge, a national competition aimed at encouraging the study of Physics and recognising excellence in young scientists. Six pupils achieved the Bronze Award, and a special mention goes to Archie who achieved Silver and Niall who was awarded Gold.

And well done to our pupils in Forms 3 - 5 (Yrs 9 - 11) who entered the UK Mathematics Trust Intermediate Maths Challenge and were awarded ten Bronze Awards and five Silver Awards. A special mention to George, 'Best in Year' for Form 4 (Y10), Adam, 'Best in Year' for Form 5 (Yr 11) and Sebastian in Form 3 (Yr 9) - who was awarded the 'Best in School' certificate and went through to the next round.
