MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Inspired Learning Group are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join their maintenance team. This is full time, permanent position working across multiple sites. This is a very interesting and varied role with scope for progression as our group grows.
HEAD CHEF
We are looking to appoint a Head Chef to join our catering team. We are looking for a chef who has experience of working in a kitchen provision and working as part of a team. As our Head Chef you will be responsible for running the kitchen, dining hall and refectory operations and fulfil the food and beverage needs of the School for staff, day pupils, boarding pupils and visitors.
GRADUATE ASSISTANT (BOARDING & IMMERSION)
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Graduate Assistant (Boarding & Immersion) to join our team at Shebbear College.
SPORTS UNDERGRADUATE ASSISTANT (PLACEMENT)
We are currently seeking a Sports Undergraduate Assistant to join and work within our support team at Shebbear College.
The role would suit someone seeking a placement year as part of their degree to gain experience in an educational setting.
SCHOOL DAY CAMPS
The ILG team are planning on running activity day camps at Shebbear College during some school holidays.

CAMP MANAGER
The role of the Camp Manager is to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of day camps for children aged 4 – 13. The Camp Manager will assume overall responsibility for the camp, ensuring all campers are kept in a safe environment and engaged in a varied and exciting programme of activities each day.
The successful candidate will need to be organized, energetic and able to communicate effectively with parents, children and fellow staff members.
SENIOR CAMP INSTRUCTOR
The Senior Instructor’s role is to lead on the delivery of safe, exciting activities to children between the ages of 4 – 13. As a Senior Instructor, you will be required to display great reliability and time keeping skills, as well as having lots of energy to engage children in a variety of pre-determined activities. You will be able to build great relationships with the children and staff on site to inspire those that you work with. You will also have face-to-face interaction with parents from time to time during sign in and sign out at the start and end of each day.
CAMP INSTRUCTOR
The Camp Instructor’s role is to deliver safe, exciting activities to children between the ages of 4 – 13. As a Camp Instructor, you will be required to display great reliability and time keeping skills, as well as having lots of energy to engage children in a variety of pre-determined activities. You will be able to build great relationships with the children and staff on site to inspire those that you work with.
