Congratulations to our U13 cricket team, who were crowned champions of the North Devon 6s tournament at West Buckland yesterday — a fantastic achievement for the team.
The boys delivered an outstanding performance throughout the day, winning three of their four matches against strong opposition from Uffculme, Braunton and Park School to secure the title.
It was truly a team effort, with contributions from every player. Alfie, Max, Rupert and Sam impressed with the bat, while Casey, Rupert and Arthur were exceptional with the ball. Behind the stumps, Jack put in an excellent performance, growing in confidence as the tournament progressed.
A huge well done to the entire team on a superb day of cricket — and congratulations on bringing home the trophy!
