Reaching the national stage is a fantastic achievement in itself, and all of our competitors represented the school with great determination, pride and sportsmanship.

A special congratulations goes to James (Form 3), who delivered an outstanding performance to win silver in the discus. This marks an incredible milestone for James, who has now secured a national medal in discus for three consecutive years — a truly remarkable accomplishment.

There was further success in the relay events, with Mawgan playing a key role in the South West 4x100m team. A brilliant second-leg run helped the team secure a bronze medal, showcasing both speed and teamwork on a national stage.

The event also provided an unforgettable experience for our athletes, including the opportunity to meet GB athlete Alex Bell — an inspiring moment for all involved.
