Congratulations to Eleanor in L6, who has achieved an outstanding milestone by securing a place in the national finals of the ISA Public Speaking Competition.
Eleanor impressed judges with her original speech, “The Power of a Question,” showcasing not only her eloquence and confidence but also her ability to craft compelling arguments and engage an audience. Her thoughtful reflections and polished delivery earned her a well‑deserved spot among the top young speakers in the country.
An Academic Scholar, Eleanor will now represent Shebbear College at the prestigious University of Cambridge later this month, where the national finals will be held. This remarkable achievement highlights her talent, dedication and passion for public speaking.
