On Thursday, our Sixth Formers gathered at the stunning Buckland House in Buckland Filleigh, for the much-anticipated annual Rounsefell Dinner.
A true highlight of the year, they indulged in a fantastic three-course meal courtesy of The Black River Inn, before dancing the night away to the tunes of local band, The Waves Collective. The students were joined by the Sixth Form tutor team and Mr Jenkins, as well as guest speaker and president of the Old Shebbearians’ Association, Jamie Sanders, who spoke to them about his own memories of the college and becoming an Old Shebbearian. Heads of School, Lily and Seb, also gave a speech at the meal.
The Rounsefell Dinner is a tradition that dates back many years and is one of the many social events that our Sixth Formers enjoy during the year – a fabulous evening!
