Super speller Bella!
Congratulations to Bella in Prep 6 who was the overall winner of the Prep School’s inaugural Cawdrey Cup spelling challenge with a score of 95 out of 100 (and there were some VERY difficult spellings in there!) . Prep 6 Mural officially declared open!
Mr Foale has officially opened this brilliant mural, which last year’s Prep 6 created as their legacy to the Prep School. As they missed out on an official ceremony last year due to covid, all of the pupils, now in Form 1, were invited back and awarded a certificate.

Amiee aces GCSE paper at age 10!
Amiee in Prep 5 deserves a special mention today – she was getting on so well with division in her Maths lesson that Mr Butler set her a challenge of having a go at some GCSE questions! She whizzed through them and only got one question wrong. Not bad for a 10 year old – amazing work Amiee!

Years 5 and 6 have their sponsored walk for Edukid
Years 5 and 6 have taken part in a sponsored walk to raise money for Edukid, and in particular, Lucky Peace and Issac, two Ugandan children the Prep School sponsors. The children walked over 5kms in some appalling conditions, gathering a very impressive collection of sticks along the way.

Prep 5 History
As part of our history topic on the Vikings, the prep 5 children made models and PowerPoint presentations. All the children did an individual piece and then presented it to the class. All of them were outstanding and the work was of the highest quality.
