We are conscious that investing in independent education is a big decision and we work hard to make sure that we offer the best value for money for families.
Fees for the Academic Year 2026 – 2027
Effective September 2026.

We are able to offer fees assistance through means-tested Bursaries, based on parental income, and Scholarships. Details are available on our School Bursaries and Fee Support page.
Additional Charges
Devices:
All pupils are required to have a device for working in lessons and at home, which is provided via Easy4U for pupils in Form 1 – Form 5. Sixth Formers can use their own device.
Examination Fees:
Entry fees for public exams in Form 5 and Upper Sixth are chargeable at the direct cost incurred for each paper sat, payable at the start of the Trinity Term.
The total cost will be dependent on the number of examinations taken; the typical cost is £55 per GCSE Paper and £150 per A Level Paper.
Wraparound Care (2025 – 26):
Breakfast Club – £5.25 per day
Prep and Supper Club – £12.60 per evening
School Bus Service (2025-26):
Zone 1 (Journeys under 10 miles) – £287 per term
Zone 2 (Journeys over 10 miles) – £402 per term
Learning Support Intervention (2025-26):
SEND (One to One) – £46.20 per hour
SEND (One to Two or One to Three) – £29 per hour
EFAL (One to One) – £42 per hour
EFAL (One to Two or One to Three) – £26.25 per hour
Additional EFAL (Extra 2 Lessons Prep Week) – £525 per term
Co-Curricular Activities
The majority of co-curricular clubs and activities are offered at no extra charge, with the exception of private music lessons, speech and drama, some sports coaching lessons and our 360@Sheb off-campus activities.
Payment Options
Paying via Flywire
We now use Flywire for card payments. Due to compliance regulations we are unable to take payments over the phone. Please visit the link below, where you will need to select which country you are in and enter the amount you wish to pay.

Paying in advance
We offer the option to pay fees yearly in advance. Please contact finance@shebbearcollege.co.uk for more information.
Paying monthly
Parents can also spread the cost of school fees by making monthly payments. This can be done in two ways:
- Direct Debit via external credit company, Orchard Funding. Please click here for more information and to apply for this service. - Via a monthly payment plan directly to the school. For this option, fees can be paid to the school in monthly installments, but fees for each upcoming term must be paid in full before the term starts.
