We have over 100 teaching and non-teaching staff at Shebbear College who work together to ensure that the school is a well-organised and efficient institution.
Our pupils learn from the best – inspirational teachers with a genuine passion for their subject and who really care about each individual child. Our teachers work hard to develop and deliver excellent teaching and learning across the school.
Our non-teaching staff are responsible for all non-academic activities including admissions and marketing, estates and facilities, catering, housekeeping, finance, HR, governance and IT.
