Congratulations to Bethan in Form One who represented Bideford Blacks in an U14 Regional Handball Tournament this weekend in Bournemouth.  Bethan’s defence work received a coach’s commendation being very tight and forcing the other teams to shoot from the 9 m area resulting in a low ‘shots/score ratio’.

Years 5 and 6 have their sponsored walk for Edukid

Years 5 and 6 have taken part in a sponsored walk to raise money for Edukid, and in particular, Lucky Peace and Issac, two Ugandan children the Prep School sponsors. The children walked over 5kms in some appalling conditions, gathering a very impressive collection of sticks along the way.

A great block of Netball fixture was played on Saturday again Mount Kelly. Well done to the U12’s, U13’s and U14’s who all secured victories at home. Our 1st VII (pictured), 2nd VII and U15’s all had really close competitive matches at Mount Kelly and were unlucky to come away without any victories.
