FRIENDS OF SHEBBEAR COLLEGE
The Friends Of Shebbear College (FOSC) is primarily a fund raising body run by the Parents of pupils at the School, we also aim to have some fun too. In the past the Friends, through their hard work have been able to donate or contribute towards many invaluable pieces of equipment for the benefit of the Pupils.
THE HOLLY BALL RETURNS
The FOSC is run entirely on a voluntary basis and all contributions whether physical, inspirational or financial are most welcome. This year, the main thrust of our fund raising effort will be directed to the reinstatement of the HOLLY BALL, to be held in the main School with a three course Dinner served in the Dining Room, followed by dancing to a Live Band in the Memorial Hall. The tradition of the Holly Ball goes back many years and although the format has been “tinkered with” over the years our aim this year is to re-launch the Holly Ball as the “must have” Christmas ticket! Put December 4th 2010 in your diaries, get that DJ out of mothballs and Ladies…. Get yourselves a new gown! It promises to be a great night!
SPONSORSHIP
We are offering a number of Sponsorship packages for this year’s event. These packages are open to anyone who wishes to promote their business or service by contributing to the cost of any number of facets of the event, be it the floral decorations, the lighting, the band, tombola prizes or even the booze! In return, your logo/branding will be prominently displayed on all literature leading up to and including the event and your generosity will be acknowledged very publicly at the event too.
