Staff who really care...
One of the real differences at Shebbear College is the quality and enthusiasm of the staff. Our teachers all share one thing in common, they have a passion for teaching and a passion for what they teach. Passion and enthusiasm are things we rank highly whenever we recruit a new member of staff.
There are normally around 300 pupils and 25 staff. This ratio ensures class sizes are kept small to enable more effective learning.

Shebbear College is a co-educational Day and Boarding school that takes pupils all the way from Kindergarten up to Sixth form.

Our aim is to educate each pupil to achieve his or her potential by encouraging the highest possible standards of attainment and behaviour.
